Missouri Eagle CEO was known for giving back to Lebanon

One the Lebanon community’s leading lights, philanthropist and businessman Charles E. “Charlie” Brown died Monday evening in Columbia at the age of 84. He was president and CEO for many years of Missouri Eagle, the Anheuser-Busch distributor in Lebanon. He was also known for his contributions to local athletics and community improvement. Brown’s commitment to Lebanon was instrumental to bringing businesses to town. For more on this story, see Wednesday's LCR.
