Police, fire and other emergency vehicles from around the area came through Lebanon Saturday for Police Officer Kendle Blackburn’s funeral procession.
People lined the streets from noon to about 12:30 p.m. The procession began at Shadel’s Colonial Chapel and went through Lebanon including Washington to Jefferson and then to Mount Rose Memorial Park. People displaying American flags paid respects at Esther Elementary, the Laclede County Sheriffs Office and Lifepoint Church.
