The results of the 2022 citizen and business satisfaction surveys are in, and the city says data trends indicate overall satisfaction with the current direction of the City of Lebanon.
The surveys, administered by the ETC institute, were designed to assess quality, priorities, and overall performance of city leadership and services. This round of surveys was the third cycle since 2018 with surveys being administered every two years.
Both surveys indicated positive trends in numerous areas assessed.
