City of Lebanon partners with Honor Flight

Posted
The City of Lebanon proudly announces its partnership with Honor Flight of the Ozarks, in collaboration with the Association of the United States Army Fort Leonard Wood and Lebanon Friends of the Fort, to honor our local veterans by providing them with the opportunity to take part in the honor flight program. Honor Flight of the Ozarks, a non-profit organization, offers all-expenses-paid trips to veterans, allowing them to visit and pay tribute to the memorials in Washington, D.C. These journeys provide a meaningful opportunity for veterans to reconnect with comrades, reflect on their service, and be honored for their sacrifices. "We are honored to partner with Honor Flight of the Ozarks, AUSA, and Lebanon Friends of the Fort," said Lebanon Mayor Jared Carr. "Our goal is to ensure that several Lebanon veterans have the chance to participate in this incredible program." For more on this story, see the LCR.
