A sidewalk proposed by Lebanon High School students is a step closer to reality after action Monday by the Lebanon City Council. The Council approved an agreement with Olsson Inc. to survey and design a new sidewalk on North Adams from Brice Street to the Dollar General driveway. The sidewalk would be approximately 1,672 linear feet in length. The cost was not to exceed $9,800. The project was proposed by Lebanon High School students, who said there was a need for sidewalks connecting the High School campus to the retail center. For more on this story see Wednesday's LCR.
