Plans for a development intended to spur development along Route 66 in Lebanon were presented in a public hearing at Tuesday’s Lebanon City Council meeting.
Randy Sutter, the attorney representing Sam and Robert Headley, owners of the property, said they wanted to design a catalyst for growth along Route 66.“City Route has only had three buildings in the last 10 years and we want this to open up City Route,” he said.
They are proposing a Community Improvement District (CID) to fund the project.
