The Lebanon City Council approved changes to the city purchasing policy at its meeting Monday night.
According to an agenda addendum by Finance Director Katt Gill, superintendents are now being given authority to approve up to $2,500 and the City Administrator will be able to approve purchases up to the current $10,000 limit, including capital purchases and contracts up to the $10,000 cap after review by the city finance department.
