The Lebanon City Council Monday night approved an agreement with Laclede County Collector Toni Morris for the collection of city taxes.
The city, collector and the county commission had been working to come to an agreement since Morris took office earlier this year. A temporary agreement has been in place while a new agreement was negotiated.
