A Conway man faces a child endangerment charge after allegedly speeding away from a traffic stop with a child in the passenger seat, who was not in a child seat.
Bradley Ray Ogle, 31, of Conway, has been charged with endangering the welfare of a child, a class C felony, and resisting an arrest, a class E felony, according to court filings.
The court documents filed by the Laclede County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office notes that Ogle is a persistent offender, having pleaded guilty to resisting arrest and domestic assault in 2017.
