Charles Wayne Mings, 58, of Springfield, was born Aug. 7, 1965 in Jackson County Mo. to Terry Gene Mings Sr. and Lois Marlene Postlewait Mings and died Tuesday, July 23, 2024, in Springfield.
He is survived by his wife Debi of Marshfield; five children, Matthew Mings (Connie) of Ava, Kristy Elliott (Logan) of Ava, Ronnie Mace (Heather) of Cuba, Mo., Brian Mace (Chastity) of Mansfield, and Kayla Mosley (Cody) of Eunice, Mo; a sister, Brenda Michaud (Gary) of Springfield; a brother, Mike Mings of Houston, Mo.; 21 grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and one on the way.
Graveside services were held at 3:30 p.m. Friday, July 27, 2024, Embree-Dutch Chapel Cemetery near Lynchburg under the direction of Evans Funeral Home of Houston.
