Charles Ray Luttrell, 60, of Kansas City, Mo., died Saturday, Dec. 5, 2020, in Kansas City, Mo.
He was born June 29, 1960, in Kansas City, Mo. to Carl Ray and Beverly Ann Horton Luttrell.
Charles was preceded in death by his parents, and one son, Jeremiah Luttrell.
He worked as a repairman in heating and cooling.
Charles was baptized at a young age, while attending church in Windyville.
He is survived by one sister, Sandy Vestal of Lebanon; one niece, Nicole Weikel; one nephew, Nathan Vestal; other relatives and friends.
A graveside service and burial for Charles Ray Luttrell will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 9, 2020, at Scrivner Cemetery in Windyville, under the direction of Shadel’s Colonial Chapel of Lebanon.
