Charles B. Mangan Jr., 83, of Buffalo, was born Feb. 1, 1942, in New Britain, Ct. and died Thursday, Oct. 16, 2025.
He is survived by two sisters, Betty Jane Mangan and Bonnie Theriault; two sons, Scott Mangan and his wife Kristine and Shawn Morgan and his wife Tracy Lee; also a number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held from 2-3 p.m. Friday, Oct. 24, 2025, in the Cantlon-Otterness & Viets Funeral Home in Buffalo with a Celebration of Life immediately following at the AmVets Post 117 in Buffalo.
