Carolyn Smith, 71, of Lebanon, was born Nov. 14, 1954, in Lebanon, and died Monday, April 27, 2026, in Lebanon.
She is survived by two sisters, Charlene Starnes and Pam Becker and her husband Henry of Lebanon; a brother, Tim Green and his wife Traci of Nixa; two daughters, Dr. Cassie Smith of Oklahoma City, Okla. and Kimberly Smith of Australia.
At her request, there are no services planned. Her wishes were to be cremated under the direction of Shadel’s Colonial Chapel of Lebanon.
