Carl Clark Jr., 75, of Lebanon, died Sunday, April 4, 2021, at Mercy Hospital Springfield.
He is survived by two daughters, Cheryl Brewer and husband Dennis of Montreal and Teresa Knight and husband Warren of Lebanon; a sister, Virginia Howerton and husband Don of Long Lane; two brothers, Charles Clark and wife Dorothy of Moston, Wis. and David Clark and his wife Beverly of Conway; also a number of grandchildren.
