Buell “Faye’’ Turner Howe, 94, of Buffalo was born June 11, 1929 in Elkland to Joseph Richard and Lettie (Daulton) Turner and died Tuesday, June 27, 2023, at Cox Medical Center in Springfield. She is survived by a daughter, Debra Faye Jasper and husband Jimmie; a daughter-in-law, Sharon Howe; a sister, Evelyn Hale, a number of grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, July 1, 2023, at Cantlon-Otterness & Viets Funeral Home in Buffalo with Dennis Skinner and Dusty Armstrong officiating. Burial will be in Macedonia Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are asked to be given to Macedonia Cemetery at O’Bannon Bank.
