Bond was denied last week to one of the men charged in the murder of Cassidy Rainwater.
James Phelps of Lebanon, one of two men charged in the murder, was denied bond Friday.
According to online court records, a motion to set bond was taken up and overruled in a hearing in Dallas County Court.
