Billy Jim Dugat, 67, of Lebanon, died Tuesday, Sept. 12, 2023, at Countryside Home in Lebanon. He is survived by his brother, Larry Dugat of St. Robert, and his sister, Jennifer Wells of Lebanon. Arrangements will be announced by Holman-Howe Funeral Home of Lebanon.
