Billie Ann Hicks, 87, of Buffalo, as born Aug. 12, 1936, in Colby, Kan. to Marquis D. Pilkington and Lilly M. (Shull) Pilkington, and died Saturday, July 6, 2024, at Colonial Springs Health Care Facility in Buffalo.
She is survived by one brother, Lavon Pilkington of Long Lane.
