Arnold stepping down as police chief

Lebanon Police Chief Bryan Arnold announced Monday that he is stepping down from his position effective Oct. 31. Arnold made the announcement at the City Council meeting Monday night. "Serving this community has been an honor and a privilege,” he said. "During my time as Chief of Police, I have witnessed firsthand the dedication and unwavering commitment of the members of our police department We have faced many challenges together and through their exceptional efforts, we have been able to positively impact the lives of our citizens.” For more on this story, see the LCR.
