Arlene Randolph, 89, of Lebanon died Sunday, July 16, 2023, at Mercy Hospital in Springfield. She is survived by her sister, Karen Ripley of Lathrop. Arrangements will be announced by Holman-Howe Funeral Home of Lebanon.
