Arlene L. Randolph, 89, of Lebanon was born Dec. 10, 1933, in Lebanon to Arlie West and Velma Weaver and died Sunday, July 16, 2023, at Mercy Hospital in Springfield. She is survived by her sister, Karen Ripley and her husband Dean of Lathrop. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Thursday, July 20, 2023, at Holman-Howe Funeral Home in Lebanon with burial in Hough Chapel Cemetery. Visitation was from 1-2 p.m. Thursday in the funeral home. A memorial has been established to Hough Chapel Cemetery and donations may be made through the funeral home.
