A foodie's dream come true

New owners are preparing to take over the Madison Street Grill restaurant in Downtown Lebanon. Robert and Melissa “Mel” Walker, the owners of Mel’s BBQ, are renaming the business at the corner of Madison and Commercial streets, Mel’s on Madison. They plan to open on Nov. 2. Robert Walker said they would retain the steak and seafood items now served by the restaurant and add their barbecue recipes to the menu. For more on this story see Wednesday's LCR.
