SGM (Ret) Dewey Eugene “Gene’’ Du Bose, 81, of Waynesville, died Wednesday, April 10, 2024, in his home.
He is survived by his wife Rebecca Du Bose of the home; four children, Wayne Du Bose (Michelle) of Madrin, Iowa, Michell Du Bose of Wasilla, Alaska, Julie Dougherty (John) of Daytona Beach, Fla., and Sandra Larrington (Timothy) of Waynesville; 17 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Celebration of Life services will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made in memory of SGM (Ret) Gene Du Bose and may be left at Memorial Chapels and Crematory of Waynesville/St. Robert.
