Quinton Eugene Mallard, 91, of Buffalo, died Sunday, Oct. 7, 2018.
He was born Dec. 18, 1926, to Earl and Chloe (Ray) Mallard.
On May 28, 1954, he married Loretta Carlson.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brother-in-law, Dale Matthews; nephew, Eddie Matthews, and niece, Beverly Kay Pote.
Survivors include six daughters, Roberta (Mark) Morgan, of Kansas City; Connie (Dan) Sayre, of Elkland; Janet Rucker, of Liberal, Kan.; Sharon (Byron) Burt, of Cheney, Kan.; Joanne (Alfonso) Solis, of Sioux City, Iowa, and Bonnie (Tim) Young, of Cheney, Kan.; 18 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren; three brothers, Herb (Claudia) Mallard, Bob (Mary) Mallard, and Ray (Ileen) Triplett; two sisters, Effie Lou Matthews, and Peggy (Ray) Litke, and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
Funeral services for Quinton Eugene Mallard will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Oct. 12, 2018, in the Bible Baptist Church in Buffalo. Burial will be in Thorpe Cemetery near Elkland, under the direction  of Day Funeral Home of Marshfield.
Visitation wil be one hour prior to service time in the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Bible Baptist Church in care of the funeral home.
