Lauretta “Genee’’ Allee, 54, of Lebanon, died Monday, Sept. 9, 2019, in Springfield.
She was born March 22, 1965, in Lebanon, Mo. to Gene S. Allee and Loretta Baker.
Genee was preceded in death by her grandparents and one brother, Mark Allee in 2013.
After graduating from Stoutland High School in 1983, Genee became a certified pharmacy technician.
She is survived by one son, David Hoskins and his wife Kathryn, of Lebanon; her mother, Loretta Ruth, of Lebanon; her father, Gene Allee and stepmother, Pam, of Sleeper; three brothers, Michael Allee and his wife Shelley and Brian Allee, all of Sleeper, and Darin Allee and his wife Rebecca, of Lebanon; two granddaughters, Leiah and Hallie Hoskins; several nieces and nephews, other relatives and many dear friends, including a special friend, who was as close as a sister, Donna Finney, her husband Donald and their children of Lebanon.
A Celebration of Life for Lauretta “Genee’’ Allee will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Sept. 13, 2019, at Shadel’s Colonial Chapel with Darren Finney and the Rev. Don McLaughlin officiating.  There is no scheduled burial. At her request, her body is to be cremated under the direction of Shadel’s Colonial Chapel of Lebanon.
Memorials have been suggested to Genee’s granddaughters’ education fund and donations can be left at or mailed to Shadel’s Colonial Chapel, P.O. Box 948, Lebanon, Mo. 65536.
