June C. O’Quinn, 87, of Lebanon, died Tuesday, June 12, 2018, in Lebanon.
She was born June 5, 1931, in Conway, Mo. to Harold L. and Lillian Marie Shields Humphreys.
On Aug 23, 1948, she married James Eldon O’Quinn.
She was employed at H.D. Lee for many years and was a devoted wife and a wonderful mother to five sons, always providing a warm and inviting home to her family.
June was an active and faithful member of the Fairview United Methodist Church for many years, where she taught the Primary Sunday School class. She was also a member of Orla Extension Club for 35 years.
She is survived by five sons, James Lee and his wife, Linda and Jerry Lynn and his wife, Jeanie, both of Lebanon; Jack Lane and his wife, Don, of Phillipsburg; Jay Lyle and his wife, Sharon, of Niangua, and Jan Lugene and his wife, Diane, of Phillipsburg; one brother, John Humphreys and his wife, Sally, of Rockford, Ill.; her brother-in-law, Bud Hafley, of Grovespring; 18 grandchildren, 49 great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild; several nieces and nephews, other relatives and many dear friends.
Funeral services for June C. O’Quinn will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, June 16, 2018, at Shadel’s Colonial Chapel with Rob Day and Paul Posey officiating. Burial will be in Mount Rose Memorial Park Cemetery, under the direction of Shadel’s Colonial Chapel of Lebanon.
Visitation will begin at 6 p.m. Friday also at Shadel’s Colonial Chapel.
