Juanita Nutter Parkhurst, 72, of Bolivar, formerly of Lebanon, died Sunday, June 30, 2019.
She was born Jan. 2, 1947, at Grants Pass, Ore. to Charles A. and Nellie Lou Ella Brown.
In July of 1965 she married Allen Nutter and on July 4, 2009, she married Donald D. Parkhurst.
She was preceded in death by her infant daughter, Lisa Colleen Nutter; two brothers, Jack Deprisiest and Charles A. Brown; her mother, Nellie (Brown) Smith, and her father, Charles Brown.
Juanita worked at the H.D. Lee Factory in Lebanon for many years.
She is survived by her husband Donald Parkhurst, of Bolivar; one son, Thomas Nutter (Yvette), of Bolivar; one daughter, Tina Nutter, of Bolivar; two stepsons, Bill Parkhurst (Tabitha) and Brian Parkhurst (Haylee), all of Springfield; eight grandchildren, Kenny Nutter (Taylor) and Keith Nutter (Kaylie), all of Bolivar; Autumn Parkhurst (Kieran), Billy, Dustin, Tristan, Nick, and Aiden Parkhurst, all of Springfield; four great-grandchildren, Payton, Hadley, Hensley and Baby Nutter, all of Bolivar; a sister, Margaret Bostick (“Red’’), of Temple, Texas; nieces and nephews, Tammy and Rayleen, of Texas and Heather, Pamela and Charlie, of California; other relatives and many friends.
A Celebrate of Life Service for Juanita Nutter Parkhurst will be held at 6 p.m. Friday, Aug. 2, 2019, at Shadel’s Colonial Chapel with Al Nutter officiating, under the direction of Shadel’s Colonial Chapel of Lebanon.
