John Harrison “Jay’’ Jacoby III, 50, of Lebanon, died Thursday, July 5, 2018, in Lebanon.
He was born June 23, 1968, in Waynesville, Mo. to John Harrison Jacoby Sr. and Wanda Gibson Jacoby.
Jay was preceded in death by one brother, Johnny Hicks.
He worked as a mechanic for Danny Hermann Trucking.
Survivors include his father, John Harrison Jacoby Sr.; his stepmother, Willie Jacoby, of Lebanon; his mother, Wanda Jacoby; four daughters, Christina Taylor (D.J.), of Cleveland, Texas; Lee Ann Jacoby, of Cleveland, Texas; Ashley Jacoby, of Lebanon; Amber Jacoby, of Cleveland, Texas; five brothers, Shon Jacoby (Karen), of Devils Elbow; James R. Jacoby, of Jefferson City; Bobby Hicks, of Lebanon; Dameon Jacoby, of Lebanon; James Hicks, of Huffman, Texas; two sisters, Michaela Brunmeier (Neal), of Florida, Colo.; Genia Craig, of Strafford; several grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
Funeral services for John Harrison “Jay’’ Jacoby III were held at 2 p.m. Monday, July 9, 2018, at Shadel’s Colonial Chapel with Bobby Hicks officiating.
Burial was in Hazelgreen Cemetery, under the direction of Shadel’s Colonial Chapel of Lebanon.
There was no scheduled visitation.
