LPD Chief Halstead to retire

After nearly a decade at the head of the Lebanon Police Department, Chief Randy Halstead has announced that he will retire.
“I rose through the ranks and was blessed to work with some of the most dedicated officers both past and present,” Halstead said in a statement released by the City of Lebanon. “I have genuinely enjoyed my employment as Chief of Police, and it has been an honor and privilege to have served this great community.”
