A Lebanon High School drama teacher has been charged with felony sexual contact with a student.
Elizabeth (King) Morgan, 30, has been charged Friday with the class E felony by the Laclede County Prosecuting Attorney's office following an investigation by the Lebanon Police Department. The investigation began Jan. 5 when someone reported the alleged relationship between Morgan and a teenage boy to the Missouri Division of Family Services, according to a report released by the Lebanon Police Department.
Following the initial report, police were able to speak with the student and witnesses. They also viewed electronic evidence in their investigation, leading to the charge filed Friday, according to a news release issued to the media Friday.
