Double murder trial postponed until 2019

The jury trial of a man charged with a double murder in 2014 is now scheduled for next year.
Matthew Rumbaugh of Mountain Grove, is set to go on trial April 5-12, 2019, at the Camden County Courthouse in Camdenton, where the case was moved on a change of venue motion, according to online documents.
Rumbaugh, who operated a Lebanon auto mechanic shop, will stand trial for the 2014 murders of Chad and Riley Gerber. He has pleaded not guilty to two counts of first degree murder and two counts of armed criminal action.
A pre-trial conference is set for Jan. 7, 2019. Rumbaugh is represented by attorney Adam Dowling of Columbia.
He is currently being held in the Laclede County Jail without bond.
